What do you like best?
User friendly, accounting and operating system are combined. Makes our work much more efficient.

Nothing so far. We are happy with the system.

easier to use, makes work more efficient
What do you like best?
The System are user friendly, convenience (Cloud based). Dashboard will remind each OP what is pending or missing. No overlap date need to input again and again. Date Security level, CS Support. Also Software will keep improving and provide better feature.
As a Manager, I can see Operation able to handle at least 30-50% of the volume per month comparing with other software provider with a better service level to customers.
What do you dislike?
The system not able to customize the date that I want to show yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price (Setup and monthly fee) and Data base could be the most consideration for switching.
GoFreight able to transfer most current software provider data base into Gofreight.
Time = Money, Gofreight can reduce the overtime and efficient at the same time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
ISF feature, Gofreight can copy the ISF info. to our import date. So Operation does not need to input the same info. again. The more time we save the better service we can provide.
What do you like best?
fast and easy to use. the color is very comfortable and won't hurt my eyes

can not link with custom, can not track custom clearance status.

go switch to GoFreight, this is the best system I have used .
