We have been waiting since the 09th of December to receive a large amount of money. We have over 800 active customers on their database and to be fobbed off every time we call means its time to move all of our customers onto a different platform. Today we were told to wait until the new year due to annual leave. Completely unacceptable.

Leur système bug, ils prélèvent deux fois le même client, oublient de prélever un autre, ils sont injoignables et mettent trop de temps à répondre. Je vc vais chercher un autre prestataire

Awful customer support 2-3 days on average between every email sent and reply received. No live chat either.

I have LPA for my vulnerable 88 year old mother. I have found that she has unknowingly had £199.95 withdrawn from her bank account by Direct Debit. According to the bank this was by Go Cardless. This transaction is a scam and a fraudulent activity. Go Cardless should be ashamed of themselves for taking unauthorised money from an elderly vulnerable person. I don't know how they scraped / obtained the sort code / account number but I am reporting this to Action Fraud / Which? / and whoever else I can think of. My advice is to watch your accounts as closely as possible for these fraudulent transactions.

L'expérience GoCardLess commençait bien. Onboarding facile, tarifs intéressants. Tout se corse lorsque nous débitons les premiers clients. Nous sommes en B2B et les montants sont importants. Notre compte est bloqué automatiquement et cela fait plus de 2 mois que nous avons AUCUNE réponse du service client, notre commercial nous redirige vers la même adresse où personne ne nous répond. Nous avons onboardé une partie de nos clients sur cette solution et nous avons des débits qui sont bloqués. C'est très dommageable pour notre réputation.Je ne vous recommande absolument pas GoCardLess pour du B2B.
