What do you like best?
I really like the concept behind it. The sales team is very good at pitching the concept, but the implementation never worked for us after months of trying to get it to work.
What do you dislike?
The concept doesn't pull through in the actual execution. We had nothing but problems when we put Gmelius into play. Emails were going to random places in the Gmail boxes that were not easy to be found, so things were getting missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this point, I would not recommend Gmelius.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We run 22 group emails, so we were trying to use Gmelius to manage those group boxes. We did not have any benefits.

What do you like best?
Shared inboxes and the ability to delegate.
What do you dislike?
Our most used feature is always templates, and this is where gmelius left a lot to be desired for the price point. We switched back to mixmax for better and easier template functionality with tags and being able to put multiple templates in the same email. We also liked Mixmax youtube functionality where we just paste a youtube link and it makes a smart image automatically in the email. As a booking agency, these features were just lacking in gmelius and Mixmax suited our needs better.

What do you like best?
The best feature of Gmelius is its simplified shared inbox management – a feature that Google has yet to implement (beyond Google Groups).
What do you dislike?
Gmelius is sometimes a little buggy. So far, we've had occasional problems with emails not sending. Furthermore, our team has unintentionally shared emails internally from time to time. No biggie, but not ideal for larger teams where this might be a problem.

As a small team with a lot of inbound requests, Gmelius helps us keep track of inbound requests, assign them and process them without a complex CRM.
What do you like best?
That we can assign and share emails. Its easy to do and has made working as a team much better.
What do you dislike?
Some times you have to reload Gmail to get all the Gmelius features to work right. I also have been waiting for a feature to get released that would allow you to auto-assign emails. That feature was just released and now I have to pay more for it and upgrade to a new tire of a plan. I don't care for that. Feels like I helped them test their beta and was not given very much for that.

Know who sent what emails and working as a team not individuals.
What do you like best?
Gmelius has unbelievable efficient sequences and follow-up's. If you work in sales, Gmelius will save you A LOT of time.
What do you dislike?
It's really slow. I mean really slow. If you have a few thousand follow-up's in place, and you want to modify a specific sequence, it might take up to 7 minutes to load.

Great tool, if you are ok with bugs.
