The system’s “ok”, but they add fake “systems users” to your account without telling you, then try to bill you for them. Response when challenged is “you should have noticed them and removed them”. They think they can fraudulently inflate your bill and it’s your fault if you don’t catch them doing it. Avoid at all costs; plenty of other more honest companies to choose from.
What do you like best?
My colleagues and colleagues are always busy, others traveling and previously it was difficult to communicate effectively and execute a work plan to do a project, execute good guidelines and develop them, make forums or similar tasks was really difficult since there was not a good tool, that's why the use of glasscubes was started, this software has been my salvation, it is excellent has many functions that I use every day without problems when doing my projects and forums, I can maintain a communication in real time with enough quality, very few There are sometimes problems in communication and this is what is needed in a company nowadays, achieving guidelines to implement the functions and execute the projects is easy since the program has everything necessary for the development of each one of these, allowing Each user will be aware of what to do and at what time to not lose any detail, all this c On a cost that although it is something high to me it seems that it offers a good service, however it would be good to lower the cost a bit in the near future.
What do you dislike?
the only thing that for me should improve the provider is the cost, it is a very good program with many positive things and that really facilitated the work but its cost is somewhat high, I really hope the seller improves his costs and can continue using.

taking into account the advantages I can say that it is a good product but at a high cost and not all companies could manage the cost is good to do an analysis to know if you can pay

before it was difficult to make projects with colleagues who were traveling or elsewhere and to maintain guidelines and good communication, but thanks to the program that is a thing of the past
... not a 100% drop-in replacement for Sharepoint. I like SP but it's a bit clunky and expensive, and I have yet to find hosted full alternative. Lots of people do a bit - mostly doc control, but I really need one that does a lot more. Also, if you claim to be a SP replacement, at least have an idea of SP's features and how people use them. Lists are a basic and heavily used feature - so you really aught to know what they are. Custom lists even more so. I shouldn't have to explain them.
This is the first time that I have used a workspace for collaboration, and it is a very good service. Particularly love features such as file versioning, making updates for files easier without the need to replace them. I use Glasscubes as a student to management colaboration and to have a private platform at university so it's a great tool to use. Having only recently started on it, I look forward to using it a lot more.There are something things that I wish could be added like a 'Image upload' that allows me to select a file from my computer rather than link one.
Glass cubes is a project management tool that I started to use as a personal management aid for my self development projects. AIt's very easy to use to keep an eye on your progress, break down goals into accountable tasks, etx.
