Marg Gatekeeper

Our company was looking for a solution for contract management and we have been using Gatekeeper to assist in this for the past year. We like how we are able to chat with Gatekeeper and they are responsive.

Gatekeeper does have limited functionality. For example, we use the event feature but the fact that an email is sent out at event creation and also when the event is due is causing confusion to our end users.

I think it is a good tool for those who are looking for a standard contract management system.

We wanted a centralized place that could store our contract and vendor information. Gatekeeper has provided us with a vehicle to keep track of termination dates and when contrat events are coming up.

I think Gatekeeper is a good tool for tracking dollars and expiration dates of contracts. Easy to use.

I would prefer the ability to upload documents in bulk. The reports are challenging.

This is a good product. We as a company are pleased with the performance of Gatekeeper.

Cotract Lifecycle management is the big reason we decided to go with Gatekeeper. Having all of our contracts in one place has made this process much easier.

We really like the customization of the platform, its ease of use, and the ability to see our contracts at a high level so we can take actionable steps.

While there are tons of ways for us to add functionality and custom features, there are some UX oddities that seem to make it a bit more difficult to do certain things (adding Custom Fields, Adding Contract types, etc.

We've also run into a handful of bugs and tech issues with Gatekeeper, especially when it comes to bulk imports and exports. This could be due to the fact that we have 5,000+ contracts, but it's still frustrating.

We have over 10,000+ contracts with vendors, clients, and talent partners scattered across email inboxes, file servers, & Dropbox accounts, and we don't have a great sense of a who those contracts are with, b when they expire or require cancellation, c what our financial obligations are, or d what our legal obligations are. Gatekeeper helps us get a handle on these items.
