What do you like best?

The best is yet to come, but clearly not here at present. The vision fuze presents for the future is compelling, but at present they are not in a position to deliver.

What do you dislike?

At present, we are unable to count on fuze as even a reliable basic phone system. Their support personnel are over subscribed and response times to issues is abysmal. Outages and performance issues are regular occurrences. We have been live for 5 months and our issues persist. Numerous calls with VPs and C level have not resolved the issues. Aside from the technical issues, we have not even been able to see an accurate invoice.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

While they may ultimately get their act together, I would steer clear at present.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At present, we have realized no benefits. We had hoped to have a scalable, robust and reliable UC platform to take us into the future, with the added benefit of mobile integration and ease of use for our agents from home.

What do you like best?

Nothing really. So far the purchase has been a complete regret

What do you dislike?

They have the strangest road map for something called and enterprise product. From a Per user install which no self respecting company would allow a user to have install rights on any machine. Took them months and months and months to come out with a Per machine install which still prompts users to update. Which they cant and fuze breaks.

Now they have a web portal that is nothing but a redirection from a device that fuze is installed in. So far it is completely usless due the facts above. Why do I need a redirection if I already have to have it installed.

On top of that call quality isn't great. Being logged into multiple devices is supposed to be supported but calls don't ever seem to ring on multiple devices. Over all our deployment has completely fell flat and users are extremely unhappy with it.

Again to me they don't seem to have a good grasp on enterprise.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look at other options first. We have had this deployed for almost a year and the slowness of improvement and time spent troubleshooting has been ridiculous. Seems this product came to market only half developed.

What do you like best?

The capacity is better than our previous VoIP provider.

What do you dislike?

Their customer service is terrible. You cannot get somebody over the phone that can actually help even for simple billing questions and they take days to respond to inquires.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Stay away from Fuze. As soon as you're under contract they will only take action on inquires that end up costing you more money.

What do you like best?

There is virtually nothing that I like about this application/service. That said, I have to include something that I "like best", and I guess that would be either the logo or the fact that they are not the only Voip provider in the market. I also enjoy that I can type numbers into my computer rather than clicking buttons on a desk phone.

What do you dislike?

I dislike: consistent poor quality of voice calls, the high frequency of dropped calls, the extremely slow response time of support requests (if you are ever even responded to). The most frustrating crime is that once you link your mobile number, Fuze will begin routing ALL calls through your service prodiver on your mobile. You check off a box that clearly states, they will only do so when your wifi connection is not enabled, however, every single one of my calls EVEN through my desktop app were being routed through my mobile service provider costing me an INSANE amount of money on my phone bill.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Maybe you will have better luck, but in my opnion this is not worth the headaches. Evaluate a few different VOIPS before coming on board with FUze. IF you end up going with them, make sure you never ever link your phone number unless you want to be double charged throgh your mobile service provider.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems that should be solved through this are having a enterprise level VOIP product.service for call centers, comm infrastructure, consistent & reliable quality and support, and cheaper service rates for enterprise clients. This is impossible due to the poor functionality of the product, if and when it is even functioning at all. There are zero benefits to the platform as is. Save yourself the money and find a new Voip.
