What do you like best?
There is nothing to like. We never used it because its options are too plain.
What do you dislike?
The design options are at an elementary level at best. The customer service is less than elementary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CANVA . . . this software is current with trends and customer service is excellent

I am not solving anything with FOTOR.

The sign up seemed easy enough. That is all.
What do you dislike?
The end result is photo editing is mediocre and not at a professional level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
On top of the fact that their product did not help me and I barely used it, they're customer service is even worse.
They put me on a recurring payment schedule without me knowledge then no email reminder to allow you the opportunity to cancel. They then put through the transaction and then notified me after the fact like all other companies I have dealt with in the past. After trying to dispute, they said they could not offer a refund.

It solved none of my problems. The software is mediocre and I had to outsource for someone else to do the work.
This is a horrible program. I wouldn't even give it one star! When you want to open a photo in a different app. this program hijacks it. It won't even let you delete the program from your computer. I have tried everything to do so. Don't waste your time or money!
What do you like best?
It’s very easy to use just not a lot to do on it. There’s not a lot of editing tools and it can very slow at times.
What do you dislike?
That there aren’t enough editing tools, it really makes it harder to get things done, having to use another program to finish or start editing is a real pain.

It’s easy to use but not a lot to do.

It’s very easy to use if you’re only looking for quick fixes.
Worst experience ever with Fotor. I purchased their service and after wasting a considerable amount of time in the interface trying to use the tool I realized it does not work and requested a refund. The support was rude, slow to respond, and condescending. The desktop application freezes and is extremely buggy I cannot believe they are actually charging people for this.
