Formlets seems to have a decent form builder, their customer service is awful though. They take hours-to-days to respond, and often fail to answer your questions, but instead make you wait more. I bought a subscription to this, hopefully it gets better, but right now I'm looking for another solution.
I have the feeling this product is a one man show with bad support/slow response. The basics work fine, but the featurelist on the website is far from complete.
Very easy to use tool , the drag and drop works very nice
Very easy Form design with dragging parts to the forms, very good file upload that works great on mobile
Very responsive customer service
