What do you like best?
What I most like about Formitize is it is multi platform. It can be used on android, Windows, and as a web app. This has lot of features such as Inventory Management, Work order management, Document Indexing, Commercial Properties, Archiving & Retention, Electronic Signature and Billing & Invoicing. This features gives the best output.
What do you dislike?
Sometime Formitize is hard to work with. Some details are left out. In my opinion the price of the Formitize is little too high.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using this system I can indexing documents, also allow the notification services, Automated scheduling etc.
What do you like best?
Formitize can be labeled as one of the most valuable investments that have been made by our company. Weighted functions such as job scheduling,job reminders and status updates are not a burden anymore. Formitize is powerful enough to automate most of the small yet important tasks and also it'll generate real time alerts regarding those tasks,which is pretty useful in a busy office environment.
What do you dislike?
Because of all the functionalities it's hard to get familiar with the tool at the beginning phase and it'll waste the valuable time of the user. Tool is not that much customizable with every feature and it's not a good indicator for the long run of the tool.User support is limited but it's worth to mention that it has improved with time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Employee scheduling and resource scheduling is a great time saver .This decreased our time which was spent on office work and we were able to focus more on critical operations.
What do you like best?
Cheap price, and is very easy to make changes to work
What do you dislike?
There’s wasn’t much help for the initial building of the form, however I soon got the hang of it

Impacting me in that I didn’t need to have any physical copies of paperwork as it could all be online
