Paid to send 75K emails but during send, was stopped by FormGet via live chat and told to apply for bandwidth with Amazon who did not grant it. Paid via papal so tried claim back the charges but FormeGet provided fake proof that we sent the emails. Had to go to an alternative provider so save your money and avoid.
Formget have held me to ransom for my data and charged me for an account that does not exist....I have experienced FormGet convert my free account to a paid one without notice. I only had two forms and low usage, so this wasn't my fault. All of a sudden my account was closed and FormGet literally held me to ransom for my data until I gave them credit card details. After paying them so I could get my data I then cancelled my account. But they continued to charge my credit card (despite the account being a pay-by-month one). When I tried to have this fixed FormGet avoided contact. Finally when contact was made (after many many attempts) FormGet would not refund charges made for an account that no longer existed. Don't give them your credit card or PayPal details.After my terrible experience with FormGet I have found other services offering forms for one fifth the price. This is not an add for anyone else but a review for FormGet so I'm not mentioning other companies. But if your form creation needs are simple there are even free services that work well. Even if FormGet do not produce account troubles for you, it's easy to find better services without their high prices.
We paid $1700 for email marketing that we never got to use.. Bank was not able to get the fund back since they provided false information. We will be going to small claims court..
Stay away from formGet. There are plenty of other free options available. I do not see the value in paying for their forms. The other thing I really hate about formget is their horrible customer service!
this company is practicing illegal farming practices (scam emails) to businesses emails mined off their websites pitty I can't provide a screenshot but they are pretending to be square with a replica page looking like Microsoft in an attempt to steal my email address
