What do you like best?

The concept of the program is great. I think Automating follow ups is an amazing idea and time saving for people on the go. I used this during a promotional period and chose not to continue my subscription.

What do you dislike?

It could have had better responses. Maybe because i was Only using the trial version, but i feel Like it was kind of generic and nothing i couldnt Have done myself.

CRM Integration with IDX is pretty good but there are some bugs.

What do you dislike?

The new pricing is so astronomical compared to what I was paying (which was already high. From $300 to now $690 per month if you have just 10 users.

Consider other CRM's if you have a team or office. Follow Up Boss is way too expensive now.

Round robin for agents but expensive round robin.

Automated responses, they go out automatically which is great when you aren't able to respond as quickly as you would like.

It's not that user friendly and it's a bit disorganized.

The ability to integrate follow up boss with my custom web forms and launch action plans

What do you dislike?

The app sucks and the most simple things like loggng calls and looking up people don't work properly a good portion of the time. Have brought issues to their attention and have even corresponded with the owner or CEO Dan Corkill and it doesnt look like they have taken any action

Test it out before fully implementing the system especially the app. Test android and iphone apps.

I love the simplicity yet the key features are great for any sales team/group/brokerage.

What do you dislike?

The cost of the calls - $75 per user gets pricey especially when it is the group leader or broker paying which is usually the case. Right now we use a crm system that connects to ring central and is only $5 per users phone number and has unlimited minutes.
