What do you like best?
- simple user interface
My customers can immediately work with the software without having to invest time and money in education and instruction.
- complete functionality
All the function that should be available in a workflow management system are present.
- excellent support
All the questions are handled with care on very short notice!
What do you dislike?
It is not that I dislike certain aspects but, as most users/consultants, I would like more and more functionality. Especially external integration functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start a trial as soon as possible and ask for help!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For my most important customer we built a complete web based application landscap in Drupal. In this architecture we used integrated Flokzu for the support of every workflow functionality.
Additionaly Flokzu is also used for all the processes as a "life" documentation" tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It's easy to process automatic migration; it also allows you to test a process before using it, and it has a BPMN 2.0 support. Another great feature is you don't have to be an expert to use it as you don't need to learn programming skills. It also has Zapier and Webservice integration. In addition to this, it is cloud-based and allows you to add users easily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope it will allow us to use it as a white-label.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to improve our onboarding process. This made it easier for new employees to join our organization. Through this we were able to evaluate if our process is effective, allowing us to make the necessary changes to improve our processes and make the experience of our new employees better.

Flokzu is very easy to integrate in your flow of work. .
What do you dislike?
It could not be so friendly to increase mail volume for some people

We need to create a way to receive customer instructions without missunderstanding and to assure this instructions are saved. We avoid lots of hour development with our Software supplier, and Flokzu was integrated to our website in hours!
