What do you like best?
A lot of the features are available free. Interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike?
Buggy app, feels like it is still in beta. A lot of the surplus features (like task management) are really poorly implemented. The mobile apps do not sync up very well with the desktop apps, and notifications are not timely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless there is a really strong reason not to, just go with Slack.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were just looking for an alternative to Slack for a stealth mode product, and wanted to keep communications on a separate app. Flock did the job, but it wasn't a good user experience.
Stay away from this company. They refuse to pay their contractors even though they've signed a contract and accepted the work
I have hunted bugs for this company this company is USELESSSSS! I submitted 5 Vulnerability this is a total SCAM they said they reward but no.. they mark everything duplicate. They are a looooot of everything time and money please stay away from this company.

Flock is a good way to message and segment groups of people you work with.
What do you dislike?
It's just another messaging site to check. Seems like most things Flock is used for could be done via email or through a Facebook group.

Good way to get the word out to coworkers around the world of the status of projects.
What do you like best?
I like that flock allows you to connect with different people in a central environment. I am able to collaborate with many different people without having to meet face to face.
What do you dislike?
I do not like how complicated flock has been to learn. I mainly use flock to help my team put our ideas together and pitch all of our ideas, but it has been difficult to successful carry this out. I do not like how flock doesn't t offer a good place for people to edit on documents. This software seems that it is more for just communication and not really for collaboration.

Flock can be very hard to use. i recommend that people try it out before investing in it for your company.
