Oh My Gosh! I signed up for their free online digital flipbook maker. Here I began to design my e-magazine for my non-profit company. Their system kept saving my data as I worked. After numerous hours developing the cover page and internal pages, I signed out. I went back in and could not find my work. I chatted with the rep online and they stated that I could not recover it and that is was gone. WHAT????? What a HOAX! She stated that I had to publish it to save it. How can you publish something when it is not ready to be published but rather saved until it is ready to be published. BAD DESIGN. DON'T take a chance on using your valuable business time and losing your work! UNSAT! UNACCEPTABLE!
the tool is mostly working. but there is little problems, and i don't get precise answer with customer care (in think they are humans, but give answer like bots). moreover, there are at the limit of being thieves, living with bad information of your subscription if you ever give them your credit card.worst customer care in 25 years in IT fields (and i manage a company using a lot of online service)
Actually frick this. I put all my effort into making my school project on here and I can't download it because I'm not going to spend 35 bucks a month. Smh.

Subscribed to an online newspaper for one edition. It took my money, side-tracked me to the Flipsnack site and that was the end of it. There's no online help and I haven't got a clue how to access the online paper I bought. Utterly hopeless.
