This is a low maintenance app but it really has a good, robust interface. It helps us work faster because of its automation. The support team is also always quick to respond when needed!

The support for iOS is a bit limited.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things about Fleetsmith is its seamless integration with Google SSO SAML. With this integration, enrolling new users is now easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Downloading large updates cannot be paused and resumed. So we have to finish downloading the updates or repeat the download from the start when something comes up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fleetsmith helped us secure our devices even if it's in different locations.

This made everything easier -- from setting up, configuring, and deploying the app. It's user-friendly, beginner-friendly, and really straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features that I saw in its competitors are not available in Fleetsmith. They should probably improve the overall user experience by minor adjustments in the app's navigation.

Fleetsmith expedited our setup process for our Mac estate by automation!

Fleetsmith has really cool features! It made our jobs easier. It's become easier to configure our apps. We don't even have to hire IT experts anymore because this app is really user-friendly.

Adding other devices that are not in the catalog is complicated.

It's really helpful to us in dealing with our multiple clients, many of which are small to medium sized startup companies.
