Achtung Betrug! Ich halte sowohl flaticon (flaticon.com) sowie die Schwesterseite Freepik für Betrug. Ich wurde auf flaticon weitergeleitet, als ich über Google eigentlich nach kostenlosen Icons suchte und auf flaticon.com gelandet bin, eine Seite die zu Freepik gehört. Obwohl ich mich breitschlagen ließ, den Marketing-Versprechen zu glauben, dass ich unter Tausenden kostenlosen Icons und Bildern auswählen konnte, fand ich kein einziges kostenlos. Stattdessen immer Hinweise, dass ich für ein monatliches Abo zu circa 10 Euro dort Icons und Bilder herunterladen könne. Doch auch das klappte nicht. Als ich das Abo für flaticon wieder kündigen wollte, wurde ich auf einen toten Link weitergeleitet. So konnte ich das Abo gar nicht mehr kündigen. Erst als ich den Kundenservice anschrieb, antwortete dieser mir auf Englisch: Das sei ein Versehen, man habe das jetzt repariert. Doch habe ich hier auch von anderen gelesen, dass ihnen änliches passiert ist. Ich halte das deshalb für Betrug. Finger weg - sowohl von Freepik als auch flaticon.com, beziehungsweise flaticon.

Uno schifo totale, per scaricare 5 icone ho impiegato 1 ora e mezza, dovrebbero pagarmi per il tempo perso ad utilizzare il loro sito internet.

It used to be a good platform, but it is so slow nowadays that it's impossible to search for icons. I guess devs are too stingy to pitch in for a more powerful server. Too bad. Not going to use Flaticon.com anymore. Good thing there are plenty of other similar services.

The cancellation process involves several screens of questions, deliberately (I suspect) making cancelling subs difficult, the final submit button failed to work, eventually resorted to contacting them.

Today I have tried 2 times to get the premium subscription and didn't get the premium subscription but I was charged twice. This is illegal. Please!!!! I have contacted support by "submitting a request". My Support ticket ID is (59613) please check upon this asap. and give me my money back otherwise I will take legal actions for this.
