What do you like best?
software and free setup that's about it.
What do you dislike?
not friendly customer service.
30 days free trial is only free if you cancel within 30 days so its basically not free and its a lie
I was promised to waive a $175 fee but then a had to fight for it and i only got partial
I wanted to switch accountant but they wouldn't provide with the information necessary in order for them to take on the job leaving me no choice but to stick with them

While we have not been having the best experience with the finger check system, i would like to give a shout out to one employee- Muhammad M. He is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I would give him 5 stars

The system is counter intuitive. Functions are not available easily,. always have to find work around

We use this for clocking time in/out
About 30% of the time it doesnt work. the app logs out every day and it needs reauthentication every time. Software is SO buggy and bad.
What do you like best?
I find fingercheck very easy and efficient to use. The company also provides great customer service.
What do you dislike?
Website can have some limitations, such as pulling timesheet reports from all employees in a manner where we can review and submit correctly.

Accuracy of timesheets

I like that i can review all my employees at the same time and print reports on them.

I dislike that i did not get enough information on the guide sent
