What are the best aspects of this product?
We use this software to manage rota and the process became a breeze. No need to disturb individual employees to know the precise staff rota. They can have their own login and put in the system their requests for day offs or shift changes without having to deal with often time consuming submission and approval processes. The system stores and keeps everything recorded.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are all over the place at the start. We had a bit of a hard time navigating the platform at first, which is common when using software for the first time. But eventually, we became proficient in it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software solves the common rota management problem that most workplaces encounter. It makes the process more seamless. We can manage and organize stuff whenever and wherever we need to.

There is more visibility on my staff roster. I can see their schedule, days off, and assigned responsibilities in just one glance. It's easy to cater to requests in case they prefer to swap shifts and apply for some time off during weekends or special holidays. Employees can create the request using their access, and all I have to do is approve it on my end. Its less hassle and very straightforward.

I had some minor issues when I started using the system. It took me a few days to familiarise myself with what FindMyShift can do. Eventually, I became used to it, and everything is going on smoothly.

What do you like best?
It allows us to see exact staff rotas without having to pester individual staff members. They can put in requests for changed and holidays and it's all backed up and recorded, and everyone can have their own login if required. Makes the whole cuffuffle of rota management a breeze
What do you dislike?
Slightly disjointed web app for navigating at first but is okay once you get the hang of it

The whole mess of rota management is a thorn for many workplaces, this platform allows staff and management to liase whenever and wherever, and helps bring a mundane tasks into the 21st century
What do you like best?
One of the best solutions you can currently find on the market. From employee side, easy to use. You can track your shifts and even connect the up with your mobile phone calendar for easier access. From employer side, amazing opportunity to manage your team as you can see exact time and location when your team is clocking in/out.
What do you dislike?
The main problem is that unfortunately people are forgetting to clock in/out, can be nice to have notification at beginning/end of your shift.
