What are the best aspects of this product?
Ever since we decided to shift to a new inventory system with is Finale, I have seen a lot of positive changes in our day to day operations. We started the implementation process about six months ago to our major warehouses across several parts of the country. We can easily do remote inventory, add and transfer stocks by only using one tool. Also, we can easily monitor our sales, refunds, and have visibility on the actual number of damaged items we have. In a nutshell, I can say that using Finale is a big help in our business. It does a great job of doing inventory and tracking sales which is very much appreciated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any cons about this product because it helps us do accurate and large scale inventory. It's easy to use and very reliable. I am hoping that more companies would decide to use this platform for them to see a big difference.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's so easy to use the program because the majority of its functions involve copy-pasting of items and using the excel file. You can add, delete, modify, or search for a date easily. If you are having challenges, look up some online videos and learn new things.

What do you like best?
Very smart software, we adapted it with our online shop. The admin panel is clear, gives great reports and helps us to keep the sales and purchases under control. The profit calculation has a nice feature, we can see the statistics by country and also by product category. Of course also by single product.
What do you dislike?
The client management is not so well programmed, it will ask me everytime if I want to share the client and save it in the address book, but they should be already saved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We tried to avoid to must save all the time returning clients as a new client, I think there is a bug, maybe they can fix it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Organize of our stock, inventory management and sales control. Saving products into the dashboard and product list by barcode scan.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We are currently using this platform to monitor inventory on all of our online stores. I like the layout of the platform because everything is available in front of you, plus it's easy to understand things. I can easily pull out reports, monitor sales, and transfer stocks from one store to the other. It also allows me to see how much profit we're making on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis plus I can see the performance of different stores by simply using the filters.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They need to work on enhancing some of its features, such as client management. I'm always getting questions if it's okay to share a file to the client. The email address is not being saved on the contact list so I end up typing it manually which should not be the case.

Everything in the company is now more organized from our reports, inventory, stock codes, sales and profits visibility. It makes a huge difference that we're using a centralized platform to manage the business. It's very efficient and time-saving as well.
