What do you like best?

The synchronization of fileinvite with Google drive and each one of the programs that I execute in my office tasks is incredible, I did not get to think that a program would give me so much facility for handling information, sent clients, suppliers, even co-workers data and documents where they can easily make approvals or modify, I also make reminders and other important arrangements with the program and that's why I feel comfortable using it so far

What do you dislike?

Initially paying 12 dollars a month is not a very high cost but with the improvements in solutions and other services the cost is increased and I think it exceeds by what I am willing to pay, it is absolutely necessary that the provider makes a better adjustment to the cost of program services to continue running your program in my company

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It has a trial version that if I remember correctly is 14 days if you still do not have clear use the program I can recommend to start using this test and know important details of the program as its tools and its price that can be an important factor to determine the use of the program in a company

Send data and documents with very high security and set important reminders are some of the advantages that fileinvite gives me in addition to having an organization in the cloud that does not require maintenance or occupy spaces in the equipment can be easily used anywhere in the world

For financial services and sending or receiving data within the company it is necessary to have a high level of security since there are always private documents and they contain important information that should not be available to anyone, fileinvite allows you to safely manage all the information, documents and necessary data with an excellent protocol that has an encryption ssl or https, this gives me a lot of tranquility since I know that my information will always be safe, in addition the program thanks to its tools allows to do multiple tasks continuously without problems follow up and synchronize very well with Dropbox, it would be great if the provider improved the service and technical service because it has deficiencies, your response is always slow and asking a question you have to wait long enough to give you a good solution

What do you dislike?

The requirements and questions that are made to the support service have a slow response, I do not like at all the service they offer to solve questions and problems, it is an important field for any program and it is necessary to improve the service

Handle each document and task with security based on good level protocols and being able to follow closely each client establishing better management with the modern tools and practices of fileinvite are the biggest advantages I have and all for an excellent cost

The finance department has established parameters that need a good level of security, fileinvite has ssl protocols and they keep me safe since the data is always well kept, I send and receive documents quietly, I have available a set of good tools to do my job, Although the program is expensive I continue to pay because it has very good service and your provider is fast and friendly, but it is absolutely necessary to improve the price

What do you dislike?

A good program that has good service without doubt, but very expensive, I might think that it is one of the most expensive in the market and this bothers me since it gives me good results, but I do not believe I can continue paying that price for a long time

The security protocols and each method of the program based on cloud technology I like and do a good working approach, the deployment was fast and although the service is not the best on the market I think it is an acceptable program that can meet Daily work and it is worth doing tests to know what you can do and if it works for your company

I have a high level of security, good performance with powerful tools and a modern system that offers me fast technical service and training when necessary. It is a jewel, but quite expensive without any doubt

The best feature of this product is the UI (User Interface). It is anything but difficult to set up formats and it offers you adequate customization. Also it has a simple clean interface, practically zero learning curve.

Other advantage is that everything is in one spot and I don't need to make sure to catch up the customers.

Also, I like that keeps every one of the records I need exactly where I need them and enables me to make my own layouts. I love the automatic Dropbox synchronization.

I cherish the extra follow ups that it does automatically. It has made my subsequent meet-ups with customers exceptionally simple to do.

I trust that this stage is a reasonable cost and relying on the improvements not far off, I would think about paying more for extra functionality.

Also I have to highlight that the technical support is very kind and they have a great YouTube Channel where you can see different tutorials about the use of the software.

Fileinvite would be useful to have some extra features included, similar to a timestamp, conveyed share, for example.

One disadvantage is that you can't answer to in-application messages by email.

It would be more useful if it is be able to gather electronic signatures.

Also, in different systems that I have utilized, I had the capacity to convey status updates dependent on specific achievements all the while. For example, I could have distinctive achievements set and once I confirmed them, it would email the gatherings that I set up toward the begin. This is an option that must be added.

Other problem is that Fileinvite doesn’t have any translation to others languages different to English, like Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese..

FileInvite is a software that can be a bit difficult to use if you are a noob but if you see some tutorials in their YouTube channel, you will improve with the time.

I used to spend hours pursuing customers for the documents we need from them to begin their application, not any longer. This product does all the pursuing, and keeps everything in one spot. I would now be able to see precisely which records have been sent to us and which ones we are as yet hanging tight for, and they're not all dispersed through my email inbox.
