What do you like best?
It is a service that in terms of learning curve and administration is not complicated, it allows you to quickly transfer files from one place to another, it has a reliable, simple interface, it is customized and it guarantees easy remote access. In terms of security, it provides protection with password and accessibility from anywhere because it is a service in the cloud.
What do you dislike?
-The synchronization in some cases can be slow.
-Share file is not so simple should be insured instructions such as adding the user so it is usually a bit tedious in this regard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It provides a user experience of quality, if what you need is adapted to the functionalities of the product is a good option, since in terms of implementation and configuration is not something complex and with respect to the learning curve is fast and simple, so that in conjunction with these factors is a profitable tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is an alternative that was applied as storage and transfer of files to the servers, it was applied for its simplicity however it covered our basic requirements but in one way or another we obtained a very good experience regarding its use.
What do you like best?
I like that I can use FileCloud to host files and share securely.
What do you dislike?
File cloud can mess up when self hosting which messes up its security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use self hosting when broadcasting to many members.

I am able to share files with collaborators, and share information by hosting files.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
FileCloud is really easy to use and makes it so much easier to maintain file control within the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It works for everything we need.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Co-authoring in a future update would be great.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's much a much easier and safer way to share files within the team than our previous methods of clogging email boxes.

What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a number of things that I like about this tool. For one thing, implementation has never been so easy. The quality of service is exceptional and the way they manage things is really good. I also like how easy this was to use for sharing and managing files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do have a couple of problems with this tool. For one, it's not user-friendly, and operating it really requires someone with some tech savvy. I think the price is also a little too expensive for us at the moment.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool was a really big help to us when it came to managing files, whether storing them or sharing them. It really helped us manage our business efficiently.

As a solution, I really like how powerful this one is, and how it gives me confidence that my files are safe and secure. i also appreciate how I can use it as a sharing platform, no matter the industry or size of the organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that there is still more work to be done to make this tool more intuitive and user-friendly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to this tool, our relationship with business partners has improved because of how easy it is now to share folder or files.
