Mislead our Company & cost us extra money
If you have PM's with a lot of entries , once you fill in the checks on the showing page and need to scroll down the page jumps back up to the top so you need to scroll down after each entry to find your next place to check it is time consuming and annoying.
Most days we can't connect, checked our connectivity and was found to be ok. When we do connect it seems to not have the correct information displayed. Lines that are shut down are displayed, lines that are running that we need daily maintenance on aren't displayed. May be upper management toggling off or on wrong equipment, but when we check, everything seems right. Also on a regular basis the mobile app sends me notifications for work orders, but when I log in and check, they don't exist. Also have no way to clear said notifications.
What do you like best?
It is a very systematic and detailed software, which allows you to perform the maintenance of the equipment in a very practical and useful way. Facilitating maintenance
What do you dislike?
it is a bit tedious to use the software because there is information that can be trans-divided and then it is a bit complicated to get this information
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is quite practical and useful, either because functions are very useful and allow you to establish a constant and useful monitoring of equipment maintenance
What do you like best?
The functions offered by the tool are very useful and practical to manage an adequate follow-up of the mantenemientos that are made thanks to this platform.
What do you dislike?
at the moment I do not have negative aspects to mention, the time I have used the tool has been very practical and has not presented any inconvenience

this tool helps a lot to record a follow-up on the maintenance of some platforms and solutions that are attached to this tool.
