What do you like best?
I can’t really think of anything I like about this program. It’s more of a pain in my butt than anything just way too many bugs

I can’t really think of anything I like about this program. It’s more of a pain in my butt than anything just way too many bugs..It’s just not developed far enough into the process I think for companies to be using it it’s got so many things to fix it tomorrow problem anything

It’s just not developed far enough into the process I think for companies to be using it -it’s got so many things to fix!!More of a problem than anything really
What do you like best?
Being able to create invoices and preloading through excel, items/services are automatically generated. No reentering every time you want to create an invoice.
What do you dislike?
The whole operating system is kind of redundant. There are things that you don't need. Like being able to change terminology from job to project, bid to quote or estimate when that could have been something useful like pulling costing from various sources or competitors to give you an edge.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None really as a one man operation it doesn't really do me any good except to create an invoice.
What do you like best?
You can add notes, attach files and photos and update statuses to make sure that everyone is on the same page with the latest information.
You can easily view your team's schedule to find availability, job schedule and schedule the status.
You can create beautiful and itemized estimates and invoices and easily and send them to your customers.
What do you dislike?
Fieldpulse has helped us to stay on top of our customers and opportunities. I have nothing that I dislike about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Fieldpulse because it helps to keep team members accountable with employee time tracking and GPS location tagging.
It helps one to manage his business from anywhere and on the go.
You can mark payments and track its status to make sure you are on top of your open estimates and invoices.

Fieldpulse business management software makes it easy to manage your service business at your service and on the go.
FieldPlus helps different services companies such as contracting companies to move from pen and paper to the digital age.
What do you like best?
The adoption was easy due to the helpful videos. Whenever we had an issue, support chat was almost instant and answered all of our questions perfectly. This is the best on boarding and support Inhave ever had.
What do you dislike?
The CRM could use a bit more funtionality. Our sales guy is working through it, but it would be nice to log calls as calls instead of just as notes so that we can run reports to see who we need to communicate with. Support says they are adding this type of functionality.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Field dispatch, planning and scheduling have been a nightmare for our company. We are using this to properly plan for appointments and schedule technicians. The technicians are able to see their schedule easily with accurate maps and can drill down for client info when needed. This has removed a pain point from when we were just using 365 calendar.
What do you like best?
Excellent software, and superb customer service! Definitely a great option for a mobile business
What do you dislike?
I would like the ability to set up a custom email to be sent on a particular date in the future.
