Works OK as a fax, but beware of the scam! They get you to sign up for automatic renewal and a year later they simply take the money from your account with no notification. Of course, I went back and asked to cancel the account and refund my payment. FAX.PLUS refused to do this as they are legally entitled to collect the money under my original instruction. This may not be illegal, but it is certainly awful customer service. Avoid unless you are 100% sure you want to pay next year as well.

Terrible company ! I tried signing up for fax plan basic but it directed me to premium They took payment of £11 monthly so they only offer a 24 hour cooling off period !When you try to log in to your account it is a nightmare to cancel Just sent 2 requests to cancel this plan but I have a strong feeling I will not see my £11 refunded . Beware this company seem to set a website that dies not guide you to pay for basic monthly membership be very careful what you sign up for

Avoid Fax.Plus. It was easy enough to sign up and get 100 fax pages. But after sending two faxes, my count was down to 49 pages. And when I went to send a third fax, it wouldn't send. And I got a message stating the number I was sending a fax was going to cost more. And that I needed to add credit to my account. Even though I had 49 pages left. WHAT A SCAM! Avoid this company.

I needed to send an urgent fax with an extension number and Fax.Plus was the only site I found with that feature. When I went to the payment page there were different tiers of how much they would charge the card. Lowest price was $5.99 and the one up was $11.99 (don't remember the others). I needed to select the absolute lowest because I only had 25 pages to send, but before I had a chance to pick anything the page just glitches and charged me $11.99 and proceeded onto the next page on its own. I contacted the company but they they refused to refund me. Very sketchy and untrustworthy website!
