What do you like best?
You can attach cards to one another, you can see in how many boards the cards you create have been added
What do you dislike?
Filters do not work properly, reporting not very accurate, not powered to work scrum, impossible to have a full view on the backlog

Ask yourself why this tool is never mentioned anywhere among the recommended project management tools

We tried to set up scrum using Favro but honestly, the tool is not powered for that, we had to find create a lot of workarounds to manage to achieve what we wanted to do due to the lack of functionalities of the tool
What do you like best?
The kanban is better than trello. The interface is smooth and easy to use. Onboarding the team was easy. cutting tasks up was great.
What do you dislike?
The permissions system, and limitations for the free version is prohibitive for students and pre revenue startups.

Good for smaller things, not ok for scaling up.

Software Development project management.
I tried out Favro to see if it was a good way to plan tasks and tickets. I found the system quite well thought out with a good UI.However, I tested it out beyond its trial period (paid for by my private account), I was somewhat under the assumption that I paid for just 1 month. I became busy at work and I forgot about it and I was subquently charged on my private account for several months before I noticed it in my bank statements. I was never notified by Favro about each month's payments - otherwise I would have canceled after the second payment. This was confirmed by Favro and was told they had no policy to do so. This, I interpret is in violation of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights (pertaining to payment and invoice noticing to a consumer). After contacting the company (their customer relations officer involved was extremely polite and went to great lengths to look at the company policy and legals), I was told that "it could be argued," that I was a B2B client instead of a "consumer". As much as I liked tech and the individual that I talked to, I would not recommend anyone to use this company as they hide behind their "T&C" and their subscription model is extremely sneaky.
This app has some good options but its pricing plans are sketchy.They give you the option in the basic plan to have 5 collections but once you as an admin for some reason leave this collection, there is not an option to rejoin either create new collections.Additionally, their support just ignores you (was waiting 5 days for an answer). They just don't care if you are a happy customer or not.There are tons of different options out there and they think they have the monopoly.I would not suggest anyone use it.
What do you like best?
I like how it lets me see everyone who is involved on a task and to track whether or not we are delivering on time.
What do you dislike?
On my small laptop screen I don't see all of the columns of the cards at the same time, I really have to search for the published ones! Now that I know it, it is merely an inconvenience, but as a new user it interfered with productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Favro seems to duplicate the existing structure of a team, and I think that is why it is working in our office. I would not go to Favro to start up work flow protocol and systems creation. Rather, my experience is that Favro illuminates what's already going on, rather than imposing a structure where there wasn't one before. In other words where people get along and do their part, it's pretty great to see that all happening. Not so sure it would be the right tool in a less cooperative environment.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Favro helps my multi-lingual team work on translations and multiple-step projects seamlessly and in a timely manner. It really helps us not drop any balls. And, I take it must have been fast to implement as I had not even realized it was only put into place a few weeks before I came on board!
