I felt a peace of mind with the $99 no contract terms, but turns out it's all a lie!Beware this company. They claim a $99/monthly fee plus direct cost for transactions. This is only one of the many monthly fees. $29.xx performance analytics fee, $5 chargeback protection fee, any several others. I could give a complete list if they would allow me access to my billing statements.When you cancel, they will state they will continue to charge your account for 30 days per the contract. Instead, they kept charging 90 days later and refer you to another company: WorldPay if you have any concerns.You end up being at their mercy until you decide you switch merchant accounts and then they smack you around a few more times for good measure.I was using their SwipeSimple for a tablet and it failed multiple times. I was charged for replacements most times until I final gave up and started keying everything resulting in higher fees as well.

This company was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Their software didn't work, constant errors and they kept charging me after the account was closed.

We have been using Fattmerchant for 2 years. When we started using them, they asked for our customer's card data files from our previous card processor, which they gave to Fattmerchant. We have recently moved to a new software system that will save our company a lot of time and money and now we have asked Fattmerchant to give our customer card data tokens to our new software company, but they are refusing to do so. They say it's "against company policy." So they will accept the data files, but they will not return the favor when you need to switch to a new card processor. I'm extremely disappointed with Fattmerchant for their lack of caring for their customer. It will cost us a lot of time and money to call every single one of our customers, ask for their credit card info, and manually enter it into our new system. Fattmerchant CAN help us, they are just choosing not to.

I would give a zero if I could. Customer Service is terrible. You can’t get anyone live. They say someone will get back to you but rarely do or if they do they dont help to resolve the issue. I have been waiting 5 months for a resolution to a problem and the keep telling me the issue has been resolved. IT HAS NOT! I will be looking for a new provider.
