What do you like best?
I dont think Falcon is the best option for a social media manager.
What do you dislike?
Is not user friendly, hard to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product
is not an easy tool to understand or use,
If you are use to manage your pages from facebook directly or hootsuite etc... switching to falcon is hard.
You wont get that sense that you know where everything is, how to manage, find your pages, post or even delete a post.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None. If anything it only causes more stress.
What do you like best?
Nothing at all. Falcon.io's interface is boring and dull, and it is quite buggy. I wouldn't use Falcon.io for anything, nor will i recommend it. Falcon.io might be cheap, but it's competitors are much better, on the tool itself and for customer service or actually the grief they give you.
What do you dislike?
Falcon.io feels like a tool still in beta stage, it's raw, ugly and doesn't work.
Their customer success team is a joke, and they don't bother to check in with you ever.
Generally the people who work for Falcon.io have a terrible attitude. They are not helpful, and they don't reply to emails, they are also really inflexible and stubborn about things, at times even threatening. Their management also has the same attitude. I've noticed their teams don't talk to each other as well, just confirms they've got a poor culture.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Absolutely nothing.
What do you like best?
Falcon is a platform that on the surface looks strong. A place to manage many platforms, many accounts all in one location.
What do you dislike?
Falcon.io promised many things in the initial sales call, but did not follow through. There are no notifications for social media alerts, you cannot fully engage via Instagram, check-ins and reviews do not show up on the platform. You're honestly better off just switching over to each platform and managing your notifications there. There's literally no reason to purchase Falcon.io if you are using it for brand engagement at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Shop around and do your due diligence. Demand a demo or a free month to try the service. You will find a lot of holes in their promises.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were looking to consolidate engagements and notifications into one feed. Falcon said that this was all possible, but they REFUSED to give a sample of the platform without paying $12k. Falcon is less effective than just switching over to the native Facebook app, Twitter app, instagram app, etc. and managing notifications organically.
What do you like best?
For an in-house social media team Falcon is set up well to create content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike?
For an agency managing multiple clients across multiple platforms the UX is not friendly or intuitive. Lack of bulk actions in content creation, and limited reporting that requires a great deal of set up are very off-putting

None that another tool couldn't serve better.

The average response of DM is excellent
the process to handle DM es good because in ops is very easy
What do you dislike?
The information doesn't enough filter to handle the information , take information abou tags, and check comments after the track
Reports for direct messages, for check tags and trending doesn't exist

nothing, really falcon has a lot issues . we want to have more information to check because the reports doesn't have enough information.
