What do you like best?
What I liked most was the quick and easy set up of meetings. You can sign up easily and start! Scheduling, joining and hosting a meet is as easy as a single click once you are in your dashboard. Looks very clean and clear dashboard where you can find everything required for an online meeting.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes setting up a meeting takes time! The buffering takes place slowly. Can be optimized a bit!

I used EZ Talks to set up my financial aid at school. It was really easy.

The sound quality was very good. User experience was good as well - you get this feeling of having a 'real-world' conversation

The video quality could be better as it was blurring the image from the other side of the call

What do you like best?
I consider it an excellent tool for teamwork, I can connect with my computer, share screen and thus make meetings, which allows us to improve teamwork, also is very easy to use and integrate with other tools that I use, has a very intuitive interface, what I consider best of Eztalk is how much it improves teamwork, because you can connect with your team at all times and thus maintain excellent communication, always managing to finish projects on time and with the best quality.
What do you dislike?
It is a very complete tool and easy to use, however I have had problems connecting with my computer and sometimes it is very slow the rest connection is a very complete and excellent tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Eztalk if you are looking for a tool that allows you to connect with your team and also you can share screen, which allows everyone to work together no matter where you are, managing to finish the projects on time because they all work as one.

I currently use Eztalk because it allows me to connect with my team no matter where you are, plus I can share screen and this allows me to supervise the work and guide them, which makes us work much better as a team which helps a lot because now we work as one, and we get the best results, which allows me to improve my work and continue growing in my field of work.
What do you like best?
It has an excellent compression quality, so the video and audio during the call is of high quality, thus avoiding the loss of important information throughout the call. It has the option of internal messaging, which allows an alternate interaction to the video call in question. In addition, it is cross-platform, which allows us to use it through the browser, desktop computers (after the installation of your application) or mobile devices, thus maintaining contact on any device at hand. It allows the quick and easy configuration of group video calls, which is an excellent point in its favor, in addition to providing the option of sharing the screen with the other members of the call.
What do you dislike?
For users very familiar with other similar applications it can be somewhat cumbersome to make calls this way while adapting. The design of its graphical interface is somewhat poor in concept.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It was used as an alternative to maintain communication within the institution where I work, obtaining good results in terms of call quality, communication was fluid and effective at all times, allowing communication to be fruitful among the participants . In short, it provides an excellent channel to maintain contact with my work team in these times when teleworking is generating more and more land due to the global pandemic by COVID19.
