What do you like best?

The calls are easy to add comments and show when one party is speaking vs. the other.

What do you dislike?

Calls are slow to upload, it may be a setting on my end, however, as an SDR, I want to flag a call while it is fresh in my mind. Not being able to do this, has really cut down on my use of the platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As I mentioned, ExecVision does a lot. For me, it did more than I needed, a scaled down version would be nice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enables coaching, enables you to hear tone, cadence and realize when better to pause when speaking. This also enables there to be team collaboration, as the team is enable to look at portions of a call that a manager has highlighted.

What do you like best?

The idea is great. I like that sales reps can go back and listen to calls, tag things, make notes, etc. It's also helpful to share with managers/team members to ask for feedback on calls.

What do you dislike?

There are too many occurrences where it's "Down" which is just frustrating when trying to consistently record and review calls.

I like being able to login and see call history and volume and being able to review the call almost in real time

I wish it was more accurate and that we had more features available

I would recommending learning the features as much as you can they are helpful

I like being able to review and use the calls for reference if needed and being able to share and ask questions with others and management is great

The ability to able to share the call back with prospects who can re-watch certain aspects and pass along to other members of the team

There are still some syncing issues to salesforce and the overall email to a prospect looks like spam
