What do you like best?
It is good that you have a chat where you can send screenshot for assistance and help. There is always someone answering.
What do you dislike?
It took too long to resolve the signature and code problems. After 10 days our company decided to hire a private freelancer and unsubscribe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would surely work if you have a simple signature with not many links

What do you like best?
Ease of use, linking with Office365, overall email management.

A bit difficult to change tasking and learn the software overall

I have used it for disclaimers and linking with office365
What do you like best?
Its a simple enough system to setup and use. Group assigned signatures is a nice touch; and the design interface has been improved somewhat over the original release.
What do you dislike?
Can be troublesome to diagnose if/when it's misbehaving. The price is overly much for the simple service that's being offered, which is why we're moving away to another solution in the coming weeks.

It gave us standard signatures and answered management's immediate need late last year.
What do you like best?
Centralised email signature gives control and uniformity across the business.
What do you dislike?
Designing the signature could be better, font colours and table sizes lost when click off. The install agent doesn't always work with some Win 10 PCs, have to restart PC. Had to set up a #nosig rule to stop the signature being included in forwarded and replied emails, the option in the software didn't work.
Exclaimer had a major issue with an Azure server which impacted sending emails. We had half a day where emails were queued up and not being delivered.

Prevents users from setting up their own signature versions. A consistent signature design with centralised control gives a consistent professional look to sent emails.

Great product, great support staff, keeps email signatures looking professional and consistent
What do you dislike?
Product discontinued within two months of purchase and thus forced onto a substantially more expensive alternative, not the easiest to use design wise
