What are the best aspects of this product?
Since it is compatible with all devices, it makes it easy to synchronize notes and files in those devices. It also means that you can track meetings, notes and have to do lists. You can brainstorm with your team on Evernote by sharing you notes and ideas with them on the same platform. Its tagging features allow you to have multiple notebooks and tag them making it easy to search and organize your work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although there were no major issues with the tool, the fact that it has a paid premium version and a free version where the user has to choose one, seemed to be unsettling in a way. However, you can settle for the free version and enjoy what limited features it has to offer.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helped with organizing and keeping track of notes for meetings. Apart from that, it offers a paperless way, which synchronizes your notes and is compatible with all devices and thus you can walk around with your photos, documents and other files as long as they are in Evernote. Its simplicity in terms of use, makes it easier as you can retrieve your files or information on demand.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps you to be better organized in terms of the notes. You can access the notes on your phone with ease, share them with multiple users and collaborate with ease. In short, you have a paperless office where you can store and access all your documents without major problems. In my time of using this tool, I have not had major glitches or bugs that kept me away from using it. It is easy to use and set up which means that there is a short learning curve even for beginners. You can also access it from the web-based platform or an application which adds to its flexibility.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has multiple limitations when it comes to the functionality. For example, it does not integrate with business platforms such as LinkedIn and Slack. It would be better if it integrated with such platforms or products to help hold meetings or collaborate with clients in a more professional way. Also, it does not have templates for the notes, which means that you have to create notes from scratch which can be cumbersome. It would be better if there were templates on Evernote that gives you a head-start when creating notes. This would make it easy and fast to come up with professional notes. The search or filter tool should be more reliable to help you find the note you are looking for with ease. The live note taking during a live meeting should also be available.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has allowed me to improve on my organization. I can prepare well for the calls, which puts me at a greater position to succeed. When it comes to scheduling meetings, you want to be at the top of things. Evernote has made this possible on my end as I can create notes on the agenda of the coming meeting and prepare for it as a result. That way, I am able to speak to the impact and thus achieve my objective in full. All meeting calls need to be assessed in full length before the next call or meeting is held. With Evernote, I am able to take notes based on the previous calls and get up to speed with what to talk about in the next meeting agenda.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I do not have to keep all my business cards in their hard copy. It can be difficult to keep track of your business cards, if you want to use them in years to come. Luckily, I can use Evernote to capture the image of my cards and store it in the system. This way, even when I lose that card, I will be able to retrieve it on Evernote without much hustle. It makes my work easier as I can connect with LinkedIn from the same platform. After uploading the photo of the card on Evernote, can add unique notes on it and be able to view them later in the years.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be frustrating when you want to transfer some information from the product to another system. Evernote makes it difficult for you as it does not integrate well with other tools. For example, it is not possible to take the contact list from Evernote and copy or transfer it to my CRM. This means that I have to manually copy the list and transfer it to the CRM system which can be a lot of work. Since most of my business cards are hard copy, I end up duplicating the list into my CRM. However, this can be counteracted by the use of the electronic business cards which make the work of transferring contacts to the CRM system easy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I no longer have to put business cards in a box or on the table somewhere. Evernote has made it possible for me to keep my contact list save and easily accessible. Whenever I want to find a contact about someone, I just turn to Evernote and there it is. I do not have to search through a huge pile of cards looking for contact anymore. It has made my work simple and effortless. Whenever I meet someone and they give me a business card, all I have to do is take a photo of the card using my phone, scan the details and synchronize it on my Evernote. From there, I can lose the card and still maintain the contact details of the card.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It performs multiple functions as compared to other apps which may offer one or two functions Evernote has. The clipper feature is compatible with Firefox and thus easy to research and save websites you want to refer to later. You can also tag your notebooks and notes with unique keywords for easy search and access making your life smooth and organized.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A calendar feature will be an add-on to this app to keep track of the dates. Apart from that, it should integrate more with other third party apps such as Siri, as it is in the case with apps that offer similar solutions. The integration with Gmail needs improving to help offer quality management of your inbox.

It has helped to effectively manage daily routines by creating to-do lists and clipping links to websites and blogs for reference to help with your research work. It is more reliable and convenient when compared with other notes and reminder tools. You can organize your work in one place and access it from any device.

It is designed for everyone regardless of the size of your workflow; be it you have 10 files to store and organize or 10,000, it works for all. Although it takes time to explore its full features, once you get the hang of it, it proves to be an excellent tool. It can help you switch completely to paperless, by managing all your files and messages virtually.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It may require some upgrade or addition of features such as running a report on the files you have saved and submitting that report for a certain duration. Also, it should have the ability to put Meta data in the system and sort out your files or documents automatically without initiating the process. Apart from this, it should increase its collaboration with other apps in terms of sharing as it is among the Evernote users.

It helps eliminate any issues that come as a result of being disorganized. You can manage all the information including messages, files, documents and pictures that come your way with ease to help you become more organized in your life.
