What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a great tool to have. It's recommended for those who want the flexiblity in designing their marketing automation. The tool's DemandCenter app knows how to be updated with the latest and most effective tools out in the market. It offers several important functionality that works reasonably well with its zippy UI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, I was annoyed with DemandCenter's initial approach at enhanced reporting. Since I'm not at all familiar with report designing, I found such flexiblity to be a little too much to bear. Just recently, they've revamped their reporting. Now almost almost everything is straightforward (with some noticeable limitations).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Major ROI as well as smaller man-hours are needed for such marketing automation level. How DemandCenter sets up its notifications is a big plus. It's highly effective in Sales (not as strong in the marketing department). Although this tool mixes really well with the functionality in marketing and sales.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to create email campaigns for lead nurturing, automated follow ups, and real time alerts to sales people who they should be calling and prospecting to. Allows you to track the exact people who come to your website, what they look at, how long they looked at content, and what content they interacted with most. You can then create automated campaigns to send them content email on a regular basis based on what they do. The emails will come from your sales team, who will also be notified when the prospect interacts with the emails. Fantastic sales tool. Connects to salesforce.com, microsoft crm, sugar crm and suite crm. Awesome live support team will help you create and verify your campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All works well for our use for our company, and for clients we work with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

New version has all the features we love. Also works on mobile to control campaigns, launch or make changes from my phone or tablet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Greatly increased the marketing campaigns we can launch without having to have dedicated team members to create them. We spend about 3 hours a week creating campaigns, emails, and automating the sending. The leads then automatically flow to our account/sales reps in real time. eTrigue Demand Center ensures that my team is now 100% focused on the prospects that are showing interest in our services.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The people over at eTrigue appear to be responsive. Support has been excellent so far. We've migrated from third party marketing automation systems. These sysemts have been full of problems. But with eTrigue ensured process to be a smooth one and assistance every step of the way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we discovered eTrigue in the early days. Right now, we're still trying to unearth its rich functionality. We're looking forward to maximize the system. As much as possible, we want to use it to meet our business goals.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some of the most popular marketing automation systems we were using back then often came up short. We felt eTrigue is that software that give us a hand in terms of flexiblity and capablity. We hope that their features can make a huge impact. With eTrigue, it gave us the chance to concentrate in accomplishing our objectives instead of wasting time solving technical problems.
