It is easy to use and best suited for a small to medium business, features such as email alert notification and print format customization are made available, Aside from that, you can create your own forms which is called doctypes which is useful in creating forms that are not part of the basic features of ERP
What do you dislike?
Some features are lacking, especially for the manufacturing industry like the production planning tool is not user friendly, accounting module has lacking of offset feature and is not easy to integrate for dot printers, like in our case we use dot printers to print Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts, print output are good however it does not support continuous paper printing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to conduct thorough research and testing before you actually implement ERPNext, consider also the cost of the development in module customization

What we are trying to solve now is on how we integrate the system in hardware devices such as IoT and in other company systems to create centralized database from Business systems (Top Level) all the way to manufacturing shop floor.
What do you like best?
The best thing this is most economical and have flexibility in customization of this software according to your need. Screens are nice and user friendly.
What do you dislike?
Need to have more better help and documentation features. There are issues but it is improving regularly.

This is overall a goof product for us and it is improving regularly.You will need to compare other ERP products before taking a decision on ERPNext.

We are handling the financial requirements and also Sales with this.
What do you like best?
- Simple to use by even complete beginners.
- Nice clean and readable interface with responsive design
- Search functionality is amazing
- Modules (apps which extend functionality such as Accounting, CRM etc
What do you dislike?
It's very unpolished in some areas and lack of some features. Many functionalities are very unpredictable and overall working with basic modules is somewhat frustrating. For instance editors do not render html correctly. Email implementation is complicated too and we had to resort to customizing the code of ERPNext.
Website module is fairly easy to use but lack of customization makes it challenging to get the desired result

Try ERPNext and see how it fits in your operations. There are some aspects that might make your experience very frustrating if you are not doing everything in the way it was designed for. Customizations are possible and tools provided to implement them are good, but it's still a bit of a hassle

It's an erp solution with a simple website shop cart. If you have to manage manufacturing, buying, selling and marketing under one roof ERPnext is worth a test ride.
We use it as a crm, accounting, selling and buying scenarios.
What do you like best?
Great open source ERP with GIThub support and community support. Ability to create neat clean and user friendly screens. Great flexibilties in creating UI which is organization specific. Performance is also another great factor.
What do you dislike?
Stiill have sime bugs that occurs randomly. Need to improve ar those points.
