What are the best aspects of this product?

My company produces maternity clothes and after we added Epicflow to MS Project our manufacture is going like clockwork from supplying fabrics to distributions to stores.

We are now able to optimize long-term production load efficiently. We can see upcoming bottlenecks, for example, lack of capacity with logistic to a store, and fix that saving the flow. It's become much easier now to show my people what to do thanks to Epicflow’s mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

People tend to mount resistance to any critical updates to the process interpreting changes as additional duties. But it's OK now, they developed the right habit to work in harmony without overload.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The tool will definitely make the whole process transparent, so you should be ready to accept it. I think it develops honesty within an organization. You’ll be able to see who’s overloaded and has spare capacity. From my own experience, Epicflow can help you launch a successful vendor outreach programme.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel much more confident now because I’m in control and I see the accurate terms of each process in production. My people are organized, everybody knows what to do in terms of the goal. We can guarantee realistic commitment to our clients and deliver projects on time. We’ve strengthened our relationship with suppliers because with Epicflow it’s possible to plan how many textile we need in advance.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great improvement on project deliverability and resource load management. A must-have for managing multiple projects with shared resources.
Future load analysis is a lot of help when planning ahead and adding more projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just like any other PM tool it takes some time to adopt.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Something like automated suggestions for resource allocation would be perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest upside is that now we can see how taking another project will affect our throughput and which resources will be overloaded or underutilized in the future if we make changes
