What are the best aspects of this product?
I cannot think of anything that puts this software above the previous software our company was using. Implementation was terrible too. It took much longer than we were told it would and it felt like we kept getting the run around and things were not completed that we were told would be.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is non-existent. I have 2 pending requests and haven't heard back from them. One is about them charging a tenant for NSF fees in their Entrata tenant account and also directly to their bank. We have been waiting 9 days for an answer. We also need to make an insurance claim and the File A Claim option is not available to our property managers so we contacted them to figure out how we can submit a claim or get this option added. Two support requests have been made in the last 4 days and we have not gotten any responses to either inquiry. It also has no mobile capability besides maintenance. You cannot pull up tenant accounts or access any other information unless you are on a computer. You can get limited capabilities on a tablet.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It needs to have mobile capability. Being able to access resident's info when you are not sitting at a computer is an absolute necessity. We also run into issues with some residents not having access to a computer so they cannot e-sign their lease or pay their rent online. There are a lot of glitches and issues with the screening process too.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoicing has improved in efficiency since we used Entrata, we have a smooth flow of transporting information from the offsite team, and reading and accessing data has been easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Minor Issue: Tablet app keeps on crashing/lagging; It does not hinder the day-to-day workings of our work but it would be nice to have a reliable mobile device with me especially when meeting with stakeholders and clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We outsourced some incoming calls for our company and through Entrata we have been communicating well with them. They have been using Entrata with ease, too.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how everything is in one place in this app. It is a simple app but it contains everything I needed for applications, leasing, contract renewals, work orders, payments, and a lot more. It's also integrated with Yardi so we don't have any problems with miscommunication. The support team was also very helpful and very accomodating.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My company did not buy all the features of Entrata and I think it's a factor with difficulty in managing bulk renewals. We have to open each client's profile to send each of them a contract. I hope there would be a feature that could send bulk renewals.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything I needed for real estate is here! It helped me with managing everything from paying rent, submitting applications, lease signing, texting, sending emails, and many more.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The application provides me with reports filled with important information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being on the older generation, it can take a while to use it to its full potential.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reports don't take much time to make. I kept on discovering new tools and features, thanks to my younger colleagues who've been using it longer than the others.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the email has a feature that lets you know if a client has seen the email or not. I like that the app keeps activity logs. And, for the most part, the UI is easy to navigate on.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope that during updates, the app would provide what settings were changed. Also, generating reports takes too much time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Paperless!
