What are the best aspects of this product?
Emojics is great solution to ask feedback to my users, in fact they love emoticons in this way every days we collect dozens of feedback. With the other products we collects only just few user feedback every months. Moreover I understand immediatly wich page or content my users like most or needs to improve, this is a great feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing in particular, maybe they need to offer more option about the widget position
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to put the widget in the left or right side
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With this tool I can understand better the opinion of our customers about my product, it\'s super easy to install and use.
