Our mentorship program spans across the globe, so this is an extremely beneficial way to keep track of the program, and run it efficiently
What do you like best?
I think the platform has made a huge difference in improving communication between mentees and mentors. The exchange feature gives mentees and mentors a place to share notes from prior face-to-face discussions. The portal provides a place for both parties to upload articles and resources for additional development.
What do you dislike?
No downside to this product from perspective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As an administrator I've got a lot on my plate beyond the mentoring program so working with eMentorConnect and the platform has made my life a lot easier. Highly recommend them!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
eMentorConnect takes our the manual task of matching mentors with mentees. Both answer a series of questions and the system does the rest. The matches have been spot on and employees have talked about how great their connection has been with their mentors. Easy process with great results!
What do you like best?
We have enjoyed partnering with eMentorConnect to utilize their on-line mentoring program to deliver leadership learnings for our emerging leaders program and for new managers. The eMentorconnect team was instrumental in helping us design and implement the platform to ensure consistent participation of our leaders, while ensuring everyone understood how to get the most of their mentoring tool. Their Client Success Team made themselves readily available to fully train our mentors through hands-on webinars and to educate our mentees on how to get the most out of their platform. The flexibility of their cloud-based platform allowed us to customize the content and look and feel of the landing site so our participants felt confident using the tool to elevate their leadership development. The eMentorConnect team consistently reached out to me regarding updates, utilization, and effectiveness to ensure the needs of my programs were being met. The eMentorConnect team brings a wealth of mentoring and leadership knowledge. This program has been an integral part of our management development for the last several years and is key to pulling through live and virtual leadership development content.

This program was easy to customize and utilize. It was cost effective for us, so it was a great choice for us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I needed a mentoring program for a 16-month emerging leaders program. Having this cloud-based allows me to align the emerging leaders with various mentors across the country, rather than identify one mentor for the entire program.
What do you like best?
eMentorConnect has been able to help us share knowledge, raise engagement, and develop a strong leadership bench. We've used eMC for a BRG group and now we are working to expand into other business units.
What do you dislike?
We haven't experienced a downside as of yet. Had I written this review a few weeks ago, I would have mentioned a lack of calendar integration, but that is now a new feature.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving a number of problems with eMC. These problems include: knowledge transfer; providing promotion and career opportunities; and improve diversity and inclusion.
What do you like best?
We engaged with eMentorConnect to enhance our associate experience and aid in retention due to job satisfaction and growth opportunities. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of the program as well as the experience with the staff to navigate through this new initiative. The staff has a myriad of leadership experience and they shared many best practices from their previous roles as well as successes from present clients. The program and our dedication to internal development and growth has been well received by our team members. We highly recommend this organization.

That we did not implement the program earlier.
