If you send more than one email to EoM "simultaneously", which seems to mean within the same second, it intermixes them, showing different emails for different rendered platforms, or no render (perpetual spinning circle) for some platforms.EoM said that I have to send the emails separately (by which, I think they mean take longer between emails.) That doesn't help me at all.
The resolution for this issues doesn't seem applicable for our client, specially when we were not presenting the issue on litmus or the mobile part of Email on Acid. Also with the pixel sizing information provided doesn't seem that the particular mailings were not going over.
What do you like best?
It is great to be able to see how my email will look across all devices.
What do you dislike?
It is a super slow program. There are many times I have to wait hours to get results back, and even then i might not get them all. There are also some bugs that the emails do not show up in the different browsers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It allows us to test the responsiveness of emails across all platforms without having to have all of the platforms. It is really nice to have it all in one place to see where things are correct and incorrect.
There's a general slowness on the platform and sometimes images are not rendering in the previews.
What do you like best?
Email on acid is a great way to preview what an email would look like to an end user.
