What do you like best?
If I had to choose the best thing about this software is that it was easy to use. However it was not what it stood up to be at all

Some of the features are not as up to date and more difficult to work with

This is best for Mid-level collages & Schools

There is a limitation of the costing part for resources

As I said in the beginning that this is best suited for the colleges of mid-level, suggestion is to make the core to suits for bigger universities

I basically used this for catering the information about students
What do you like best?
The overall functionality and versatility, the product is quite easy to navigate and master. The look of BannerWeb is much simpler, much cleaner. This is perhaps my favorite aspect of Ellusian SIS.
What do you dislike?
Improvement in seamless integration is needed. It remains a bit unclear how the product works with BannweWeb, for instance. Each update creates problems, and the patches do not seem to work well. the future of the company seems uncertain, as they keep merging with other companies without adequate training or support.

You can easily compare Ellusian to other products.

Compatibility with BannerWeb. is the major problem. Ellusian is a very valuable company, but I am not sure if they have been able to keep up with the rapid changes in technology. Some of the technology seems outdated and outmoded. The kinks will have to be ironed out to prevent further issues.

Once you get the hang of it, the system is consistent and I have yet to encounter any bugs

Everything is very much dependent on knowing the codes you have configured. Instead of having easy drop down menus, you need to write in the exact 4 digit codes

Student billing is my current use of Ellucian. It helps to streamline the process of charging and collection fees to students.
