totally screwed over on renewal, went through the black friday website promo for 74 dollars, the payment screen showed my price as 74 dollars and they then charged me 99 dollars as my renewal was due, wont be using any more have cancelled my auto renew

Elementor's support take a while to get back to you and when a bug is identified that stops key functionality on the site working (i.e. call back requests/light boxes across different browsers they don't fix. The response is "the dev will fix it when they fix it". I'm paying for this service and whilst bugs are to be expected I would expect x-browser testing to be done on key functionality and for them to address bugs that stop users from converting on their clients site pretty quickly! Was all smiles until it didn't recognise my login, even though it's on autosave in my computer and I have used it many times. There is no one to speak to so you have to wait on an email response. I have been unable to access Elementor for months now. The technical help is technically driving me insane.It seems that not even they can solve the issue. It's frustrating and dissapointing. I have written this review because it seems when a problem arises not even they can reset it..

Elementor Pro broke my website. The Menu Plugin by itself is using enough CPU to cause my hosting to throttle my bandwidth. I had to remove everything from my site but the menu plugin to figure this out. Elementor support would not give me a refund or assist with technical support.Terrible experience.
