Ho inviato numerose mail per disattivare l'account. Ho ricevuto delle mail e degli sms dalla mia banca. Io non ho mai creato alcun account e non ho mai inserito la mia carta, per cui richiedo immediatamente che sia eliminato l'account ed i dati relativi alla mia carta prepagata. (Ovviamente l'azienda eFax non c'entra nulla con tutto questo, i miei toni accesi sono riferiti esclusivamente alla vicenda personale).

I contacted eFax to sign up for their $29.99 plan but was billed a $249.37 setup fee and $94.95 monthly service for two months. I called several times to dispute the charges but was told that I needed to speak with a sales manager and that the manager will return my call. After not receiving a return call or a credit for overcharges, I sent in a request to cancel services. While trying to cancel services, the representative offered to move me to the "$29.99 plan" the one that I was suppose to be on. I told him to cancel my services and refund me the money for the overcharges. It has been 3 months and no one has returned any of my calls and the charges have not been refunded. If you are a small business, DO NOT use eFax services. They are not honorable and conduct bad business practices. eFax is a scam!!!

I am not satisfied with their service. I have purchased their service to complete my filing with IRS. Unfortunately did not have a good experience with them. The UI is very old and not user friendly. They did not have a subscription canceling option on the website. I had to call them to stop my subscription. It took more than 15 minutes to get the customer support guy, their call center is very busy. I asked the support guy to cancel my subscription, rather canceling the subscription he wanted to me additional service and offering me a discount so I don't cancel their service. After posting this review, they replied I could send them an email. Actually, I did but they did not reply. It's been 23 days, I have been waiting to hear from them. imposible darme de baja, cuando tratas de hacerlo dicen que tu numero de fax (que esta en el email que ellos mismos te envian: NO EXISTE, llegue a enviar un email pero lo ignoran.Os escribo el numero que me asignasteis +34 971 57 04 14

Fraudsters, after many years of low usage and a service I found a bit fiddly to use, I decided to cancel. I logged into my account and followed the instructions to cancel as detailed in their help section. Their system said that it couldn't complete the request online and directed me to their Chat. Yet I can't get through to a rep that is a human being, only chatbots. So I have no way to cancel the charges to my credit card. I will now have to report it as a fraud and get my card stopped/cancelled. Disgraceful.
