BEWARE!!!: The worst & scammer monitoring tool!! I've used many monitoring tools and this one doesn't really monitor anything moreover they steal your money if you dont check!This tool puts long delivery date products on your store as "in stock" no matter what rules you set up for your store.when you receive order if you use automatic ordering system and if you dont check then a few days later your buyer can open case for "item didnt arrived". They dont care even If you use their automatic ordering system what they call "FBE".When you contact them and ask how possible this can be (because you set up shipping must be max 5 days as listing rule)they only say " we apology for inconvenience,tool repricing issue!" So whats the solution? Nothing! Item dispatched and you should wait 1 month untill the item will be arrived and of course you should refund buyer yourself! If you use their automatic ordering system what they call "FBE",you better open your eyes.They charge more $ than source price and make you earn less profit and sometimes negative profit! If you ask on live chat, they have explanation as "price was lower when easync grab the price and price got higher when easync order!" Or it occured because taxes! If prove them that price never dropped that much down as easync "grabbed" or the tax doesnt make that much difference, then they again apology and tell you its tool repricing fault! And they dont even do anything to compansate your loss (not even discount for monthly bill as "excuse") they only say apology nothing else!Their working system is like casino.The House always wins! We charge you more by tricks! Pay our bill if you have loss because of tool failure we dont care! Continue to pay! I've had to issue so many cancelations and refunds because of how poor their monitoring service is.One of my ebay account got suspended because of this scammer useless tool!This thing doesn't monitor out of stock or in stock items, doesn't change or monitor price changes, quite frankly it doesn't do anything! When every other order has an issue due to this tool, it makes business incredibly challenging! My advice is to literally use any other similar tool, and if none are available, then you're better off monitoring everything manually!Keep away those Scammers!
