What do you like best?
The interface is intuitive, It's a good way to track tasks to keep projects on schedule through many departments in different locations.
What do you dislike?
The Customer service is severely lacking. It was frustrating getting configured, but once done, I recommend the program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Duet is making my life easier by creating tasks and timelines that span buildings and departments. I can also priorities tasks, which is a major benefit.
What do you like best?
I really like that i can double the screens I'm working on from home, that I would otherwise have access to at work, but COVID has created some workplace restrictions.
What do you dislike?
I haven't been using it for too long, so thus far I am enjoying the accessibility it is giving me.

Being able to work on more things at once with multiple screens.
What do you like best?
It's easy to use. I like the fact that it pairs with my iPad and I'm able to use it as another screen from my laptop.

it's hard to synchronize sometimes. Most of the time it works ok.

able to have an extended screen capability with mobile
What do you like best?
Duet basically helps with many aspects but the key feature according to me is Invoicing and tracking Tasks. The application is very consumer-friendly and easy to use
What do you dislike?
In my personal opinion, I was not satisfied by the Customer Support, as during configuring I was stuck and was in need of technicals, then to overall it's good and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, it is one of my personal favourite application which is making human lives easier. Duet has many features but I like its peculiar Invoicing and Prioritizing tasks feature. Duet is easy to use and reliable too.

Like I said earlier, Duet is making my life easier by creating qualified invoices and also I am receiving payments precisely. I can priorities tasks through this application too.

Duet is very easy to setup and use. It works flawlessly between multiple platforms.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, Duet works amazingly and does the job perfectly.
