i have the worse customer service in my life , i started drop shipping a year ago after i lost my job becuase of covied 19 , i had many problems with dsm tools syncing from ebay , i reach out to them and they could not fix my problems when i ask for cancelation they told me they cant becuase its yearly plan, after one year i got charged for renewal another $959.45 and i reach them out they told me that they can refund me if the payment in less 72 hours and i told then its only 3 hours and not even 3 days, another sales man from their company his name artem email me back that they will not refund my money becuase of their terms. i lost almost $2000 ttherefore i wrote my real experience with them, again be aware from those scammers and dont sign up for their yearly plan 

Ok so after I purchased their Basic plan I didn't like it. I contacted support to ask for a refund. They said, if you bought it in the last 72 hours, we can issue you a refund. They also said the admin will email me, yet, I got no email and more than a month has passed. One week ago I contacted their support once again and the replied after few days. I replied one week ago, still waiting. They are simply ignoring. If you want a refund they wont refund you any money. Be careful, they are stealing your money. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They have no support. Their auto orders do not work as advertised. It’s been long time asking them to fix it and they do not reply I have been their customer from long time. But had bad experience. Just stay away

They do not refund the money that you paid for the service, when the service did not work, an unfair company,by the way the first three good reviews here from their owner and staff, I do not advise

This company is a Joke! Organized and run by scam artist. Subscribed to use their tool and the pictures end up being super blurry. How do you sell an item online with blurry pictures? I asked for a refund and was given the run around by their horrendous customer service.First they say it's my fault, then it's the site I am using fault. They would not give me my money back and are refusing to cancel my subscription even though they advertized as cancel any time no strings attached. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EXCEPT YOU FANCY THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY! IT'S A TRAP!
