What Support? is there any?I would have loved to have actually tried out the platform but I wast able to get that far!I signed up, put in my details and couldnt get the site to take my credit card details. So I contacted support. After writing to support 4 times I gave up and decided to look at other platforms. Now - somehow, they keep deducting the subscription from my credit card every month even though it isnt in my account details.I have received a couple of responses from support - but none to say they will remove my credit card details from their system.As of this writing this is still not resolved.

I did not sign up for Dochub but some how they got my bank info and are tiring to charge me a monthly fee. They have information on there about my ex- wife's property that I for sure never gave them!I would stay as far away from the scam as possilbe!6/3/18 Dochub did respond to my request to have my funds returned and cancel my membership. Still not sure how I got signed upTom Coppler

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WE'VE PAID FOR SERVICE ALMOST A MONTH AND CANNOT USE IT AND THEY WON'T HELP US GET IT ACTIVATED. ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPANY IS EMAILS AND THEY IGNORE THEM. IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS AND THEY WON'T ANSWER BACK. THE FIRST FEW EMAILS WERE REPLIED TO THEN IT'S LIKE THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT MY ISSUE TO GET ACTIVATED SO THEY JUST STARTED IGNORING US. WE PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WE CAN'T USE. TERRIBLE COMPANY . IT HAS BEEN WEEKS AND NO SUCCESS.

Did not work at all - Typed values do not show up at all after printing, half the pages are cut off to the right, the originally two-inch long signature takes up half a page after printing, and their branding shows up at the top and bottom, which is unacceptable for some documents. I did not realize I was using a 3rd-party as well, thought I was using a native Gmail service after clicking on a document I received.Wasted 30 minutes filling out the form. Need to find something else now.

I called to get charges removed and they cammed me into a home warranty, id pro 247 and some other service I told them not to charge my card over. They hung up in my face.
