What do you like best?
I didn't really enjoy my experience using this LMS
What do you dislike?
I dislike that it's not flexible and creating integrations to other tools is impossible. It's also impossible to get anyone at Docebo to help. Their customer service is horrible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick a different LMS for internal training.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They were solving internal training needs. It was good to try to at least start having some on-demand training.
Do not use Decebo or guykat.com. We bought a LMS package with these guys. GUYKAT.COM was the broker for Decebo it was all fine at first until they changed their packages and are trying to force us to upgrade. They have closed our Learning management and it took me over 2 weeks to get it unlocked. When you are running a E-Learning business the Learning management is core foundation of the business. We had customer complaints because we could not enrol any new learners. I was supposed to travel on holiday with my wife and child but I had to cancel. I emailed guykat several times over those two weeks to get our LMS fixed. NOTHING! I emailed and called and called. NOTHING! Nothing was getting solved. I had to contact Decebo myself. They said they cannot help and I should contact GUYKAT again. I called over and over nothing was getting solved. It easy for these guys to pass you around because they do not care about your business. They care about you paying money. A business I started with nothing is getting destroyed because I am forced to upgrade. After 2 weeks I spoke to a director at Decebo who unlocked our account. Guykat emailed me saying he will give me a few weeks until I had to upgrade. Now a 2 months later, I cannot login to my account again, its 4 days now. NOTHING! I contacted them to find out what is happening and I am greeted with, You need to upgrade, once again this is forced on to me? If I do not upgrade, I will lose my business I built over 5 years. I have waited patiently for 4 days now without any help, my username and email are no longer recognised. So they means, I have no Learning management system to enrol our learners. If you thinking of starting an online learning business do not use GUYKAT or DECEBO! You will be sold a really good plan until your business grows and once they see you cannot move they will bully you to upgrade and buy other features. Do not use them.My advice
Docebo was a terrible experience. They sold us on it telling it had a ton of features that it didn't. Had poor customer service that was nonresponsive. Then canceling after one week of not being able to use it due to major limitations like the video size that is half of the industry standard. After ignoring us for 9 months then they reach out trying to get our business back and when that didn't work they forwarded it to collections and legal. When they breached their own agreement and SLA. So here is the lesson, they lie to you to sell you the product, when they cant deliver they ignore you, tell you work around, and then try to sue you to collect on a product you have never even used. Stay away.

How customizable the platform is and how easy it is to get content in.
What do you dislike?
Issues that come up during releases or behind-the-scenes releases that are not communicated out properly. Many times I have come across something like catalogs not sorting properly and chatted only to find out "yes, we are aware of this".

Our onboarding process has been expedited in our support department. We are now able to give our external customers proper training on our complex features.

robust, easy uploads, our Rep, and other things
What do you dislike?
Mobile app is the worst, i train field reps and the mobile app is a big dissapointment old look and feel of laptop
