What do you like best?
ease of getting cards to new employees quickly.
What do you dislike?
The daily drafts from our bank account. not really a charge or credit card. more like a debit card.

ensure you have someone trained to manage or administer it. if you guys have cash flow challenges this product is not for you.

i have multiple travelling personnel and this helps keep track of their expenses.

Its useful to manage employee reimbursements/travel w/o having employees have to front the cost and creating virtual cards for burner card or recurring subscriptions is useful

Customer service is a joke. I have had to ask them more than 5 times at this point to handle reimbursements for fraud transactions since February - yes 6 months at this point. One of our employees was robbed while he was out of the country and he had his divvy card on him which was stolen.....So i had originally emailed divvy and asked what to do, so i went in and froze the card, pretty simple and you'd think this would prevent all future card transactions. Well come to find out they had issues blocking the transactions and i've literally asked almost every single month since this has happened and every time i get the same old response of oh hey I saw you inquired about this a few weeks ago sorry we haven't resolved it! Great job there. Even since writing this review they said they blocked the bank transaction and i went in and STILL see transactions. Still waiting on them to reimburse over $600 at this point when you'd think this would be the simplest thing handles by literally doing what i had done and freezing the card but due to defects in their software they can't seem to prioritize or fix this.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you want a company who actually follows up and sticks to their word and follows through with resolving issues.

Divvy is a terrible company, and I suggest that no one ever use it. After a month of using Divvy's service, I was displeased and requested that they close my account and return the $5000 I gave them for a deposit to back my credit line. It has been three months now, and I have yet to receive the $5000 that is rightfully mine. I have called and spoken to various people, all of whom either cannot answer my questions, tell me they will get back to me with answers/information and then never respond, or give me the wrong information. On top of all this, my checking account continues to be charged for their service as well as charged returned funds fees by my bank.NEVER USE DIVVY!!! THEY'RE THE WORST!!!!
This is a scam. They asked me to wire transfer the deposit of 1000 dollars and never approve my application, and has not been returned my deposit back for over a month. The agent stopped responding my emails and no one takes care of this. This is a scam, run away!
Do not even bother with Divvy. I demoed Divvy in Q3 2019 and they were offering a gift card if I downloaded the app and tested some features. I received the gift card and after a few months the balance disappeared. I contacted customer support for assistance and they reinstated the balance. A few months later I opened the app to use the gift card and the balance was gone again. This time customer support refused to return my gift card balance. This is a shady sales tactic and is worrisome that Divvy can control, and seize, customer funds. I cannot speak to the product itself but their sales ethics speak loudly enough for me.
