What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps people in a company work together through all aspects of content distribution. Moreover, everything is in its right place. It's easy to maintain all publishing stuff and distribute it over social media channels or other places like a press release or a blog.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the close-a-window-button ist not on the expected place. Little things.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Include more platforms, like TikTok.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fasten and coordinate Social-Media-Posts. More security, because now nobody other then the product owner needs to know passwords for social media accounts. Get a better overview on what is going on in social media. Collaborate more easily.

It can take some time to load. This is not a problem though as their support team is always there to assist us.

Planning posts is easier. I can do it monthly and it automatically publishes the posts for me. I can also easily share my ideas to the team.
