What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps people in a company work together through all aspects of content distribution. Moreover, everything is in its right place. It's easy to maintain all publishing stuff and distribute it over social media channels or other places like a press release or a blog.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the close-a-window-button ist not on the expected place. Little things.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Include more platforms, like TikTok.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Fasten and coordinate Social-Media-Posts. More security, because now nobody other then the product owner needs to know passwords for social media accounts. Get a better overview on what is going on in social media. Collaborate more easily.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I can publish and plan my content across multiple platforms. Its user interface is also good. In addition, they provide great service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to complain about except it can be slow at times.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can see the overview of the content we planned and we can easily publish it to our social media platforms.

It has a great editing tool where I can edit pictures and convert them to the format I desire. I can also use it to do cross-postings on Instagram and Facebook. It also has a calendar where I can see my posting schedule.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can take some time to load. This is not a problem though as their support team is always there to assist us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Planning posts is easier. I can do it monthly and it automatically publishes the posts for me. I can also easily share my ideas to the team.
