So ein Dre*ksladen - "Logischrott".Bestellt habe ich eine Tastatur. Im letzten Bestellschritt und natürlich nach Zahlung per Paypal kam ein Serverfehler und keine Bestellbestätigung - weder auf der Website, im Konto als auch per E-Mail.Daraufhin schrieb ich den Support an. Antwort:"Wird geprüft", danach "Geht an die Fachabteilung", danach "Wird geprüft" und dann wieder "Geht an die Fachabteilung".In der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein Fall bei Paypal eröffnet - nach 15 Tagen ohne wirklich eine Antwort bekommen zu haben hat Paypal sich für mich entschieden - das Geld habe ich wieder, eine Antwort aber immer noch nicht.Bestelle da auf jeden Fall nicht mehr und rate es jedem: Gebt paar Euros mehr aus und bestellt bei Amazon.

Ich bestellte bei Motorola ein Smartphone. Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt.Nachdem ich mich entschloss,dass Smartphone zurück zusenden brauchte Digitalriver ca. 2 Wochen für die Gutschriftserstellung, die auch korrekt ist. Leider wurden mir aber 44,99€ zu wenig überwiesen . Digitalriver beruft sich jedoch auf eine korrekte Abwicklung und ist offensichtlich nicht in der Lage die Überweisung zu prüfen. Der Fehlbetrag wurde mir von meiner Kreditkartenfirma erstattet. Wer hat sich daran berreichert ???

Betrug! Kassiert und hat dann im Nachgang keine Kundendaten mehr! Support antwortet immer mit gleichen Standardmails. Lesen können Bruno C., Vasil K., Monika D. und Tonya B., also die Herrschaften (oder Bots) vom Support anscheinend nicht.

Absolutely ridiculous service! How do you even operate as a company if you cannot send a package to the right address? I filled in the details correctly when I made my order and checked twice after. The confirmation email also assured you got the right address. But somehow you managed to mess the post code up so the shipment was sitting for 3 days in UPS Croydon centre. Then yesterday some doofus of yours realised it's wrong and "corrected" it with yet another wrong post code and made sure UPS cannot do anything about it by locking them out of making changes. Now the package is somewhere and nobody knows what to do. I had to spend several hours on hold with both UPS and Lenovo to get anybody to do something right. The result of all this is that your incompetence ruined the birthday of my son who will not get the laptop I ordered for him 20 days ago. On top of all this I cannot view my order neither on Lenovo's website nor here on yours because it constantly gives me an error regardless of what I input and if I try to recover the "order password"(?!?!?!) which I never received in the first place, I don't receive any emails. Well done! Bravo!
