What do you like best?
The customer service has improved immensely over the time we have had the tool. Our current reps are really responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike?
There is too much information being pulled in and it is time consuming to break it all down. It requires the user to be very hands on in order to get meaningful results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great for tracking a lot of different things, however, you must have the time to devote to using the tool.

We currently are using the tool to capture chatter around our clients' brands. We originally purchased the tool for reputation management but it wasn't the correct solution for our client's needs.
What do you like best?
Allow us to get a really good idea how brands are being talked about.

Usability is an issue that keeps me second-guessing constantly if we set up queries and tags correctly.

Compatibility with Thais language but not accurate.

Missing some data from FB.
Sometimes miss very important data.

Brand social expansion, we easily see the missing expansion and where do we need to engage.

1) "Classification" feature allows you to filter down the mentions very quickly
2) Easy input screen for multiple boolean queries
3) "Delete Similar Mentions" feature allows you to clean irrelevant mentions at once
What do you dislike?
1) Very slow in loading when the volume of mentions increase
2) Cannot disable mentions coming in from unidentified countries
3) Cannot choose which Topic (Dashboard) to show on the Home screen

Collecting voice of customers to give proper direction to marketing strategies. We have been able to understand the reputation of products across ASEAN, and how to promote them in the future.
What do you like best?
We chose this tool because it is very visual and easy to use.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the filters don't work; When this happens, it gives you a mix of results but not from the dates that you filtered.
